Cazadores Blanco is a 100% Blue Weber agave tequila made from highland Jalisco agave and bottled directly after distillation, with no barrel contact, so it shows the agave without oak influence. The brand sits in the Bacardi portfolio and works from a recipe dating to 1922, with a distinctive double fermentation as part of its method.
Without wood the spirit stays crystal clear and leans on its source material, offering a bouquet of fresh citrus fruit, aromatic herbs and the natural sweetness of the agave, edged by a fine note of black pepper. The mouthfeel is soft and gentle through the finish, with little alcoholic bite, which makes it a clean base for a margarita or paloma as easily as a pour on its own.
