Caviaroff Grand Premium Vodka

Caviaroff Grand is produced by the CARAT Distillery in Poland, built on carefully selected grain and pure spring water. Grain gives the spirit a soft, lightly sweet base, and the distillery puts it through multiple distillation to strip congeners towards a fine, clear state, then leans on careful filtration to smooth the texture further. Repeated distillation and filtration is the standard route to a clean vodka: each pass removes more of the heavier compounds, leaving a rounder, milder spirit, and at 40% in a full one litre bottle it is pitched as an easy, versatile pour for both neat drinking and mixing.

The nose is clean and fresh with grain and light citrus notes. The palate is soft and full-bodied with a slight sweetness, cereal notes and a mild roundness, finishing long and clean with a gentle close. Its soft, faintly sweet grain profile and clean body make it a reliable neutral base for a Moscow Mule: 50ml Caviaroff over ice in a copper mug with spicy ginger beer and fresh lime, the vodka stepping back so the ginger and citrus drive while its gentle sweetness rounds the edges.
