Description
Casa de Hamsa Blanco is a 100% Blue Weber agave tequila produced at the Casa Tequilera Alma de Mexico distillery in the highlands of Jalisco. The brand was founded by a group of six friends, and the bottle carries the protective Hamsa hand as either a relief in the glass or a front emblem. The producer states the tequila is made without additives such as glycerin, sugar or colouring.
The agave is cooked in traditional stone ovens and bottled directly after distillation with no wood contact, which keeps the spirit clear and lets the highland terroir show. The nose leads with fresh, earthy notes of raw agave alongside lively citrus and a touch of black pepper. The palate is bright and clean, carrying a natural agave sweetness and a tidy, lightly mineral close at 38%.
