Cannabis Sativa Fibre Hemp Flavoured Liquor is made in the Netherlands by Dutch Windmill Spirits, a herbal liqueur refined with natural hemp flavours over a base of distillates. It sits at a low 14.5% and pairs the distinctive earthy note of hemp with a bittersweet herbal backbone of mint, anise, wormwood and gentian. It is a herbal liqueur in style rather than an amaro, leading with its hemp character.

The nose is herbal with intense hemp and a fine sweetness over light spice, and the palate is mild and harmonious, earthy hemp and herbs carried on a gentle sweetness, closing smooth with a slightly spicy, lingering herbal finish. Behind the bar it works as a novelty herbal modifier and talking point: it brings an earthy, gently bitter green note to mixed drinks, sitting well with tonic water, ginger beer or citrus lemonades, where its low strength makes for an easy long drink. It also pours neat over ice. Serve it cold, built long over plenty of ice.
