Camomilla Liquore comes from the Antica Distilleria Quaglia, a Piedmont house based in Castelnuovo Don Bosco since 1890 and known for its artisanal distilling. This floral liqueur is made from organically grown chamomile flowers macerated to an old recipe, the careful handling keeping the chamomile's essential oil and its distinctive floral character. It sits at 28%, with honey and citrus framing the flower.

The nose is intensely floral with dried chamomile, honey, citrus and fine herbs, and the palate is soft and harmonious, a pleasant sweetness over gentle herbal and floral notes, closing mild and long with a fine honey edge and a subtle chamomile bitterness. Behind the bar it is a floral aromatic and gentle bittersweet modifier: it adds a chamomile and honey lift to sophisticated cocktails and softens citrus or gin led serves. It is most at home as an after dinner digestif, neat or lightly chilled, or stirred into warm tea or hot milk. Serve it cool, or warm in the colder months.
