Bottega is a family distillery in the Veneto, the grappa house founded at Bibano in 1977 on a vine growing line reaching back to 1635. This liqueur puts the Sicilian pomegranate at its heart, a fruit prized for its aromatic intensity and bright colour, grown under the warm Sicilian sun and processed to keep its full natural flavour. The natural juice is built into a fruity liqueur bottled at 20%.

The nose is fine, fresh and fruity with an intense aroma of ripe pomegranate, the palate lively and slightly acidic with a harmonious sweetness and a subtle tart note. That balance of fruit, sweetness and acidity is its value behind the bar, lending colour and a refreshing tartness that brightens a drink. Enjoy it neat at around 3 degrees as a digestif, or build it into fruity aperitifs, summery cocktails and refreshing long drinks with sparkling wine, prosecco or tonic. A versatile fruit liqueur for the back bar.
