Böser Kater Royal Coffee Likör

Boser Kater is a German distillery known for liqueurs that pair traditional flavours with modern accents. Its Royal Coffee liqueur combines coffee with a base of rum, bottled at 30%, in the classic mould of a rum based coffee liqueur, full bodied and built for both sipping and mixing.

The nose is pronounced freshly roasted coffee with light vanilla and caramel, the palate full bodied and round with a balance between the coffee intensity and a delicate sweetness, rounded by chocolate and nutty tones, the finish long and harmonious as the coffee gently fades. Behind the bar it brings coffee roast, sweetness and body to a glass, the function a coffee liqueur is reached for: it underpins an Espresso Martini, a White Russian or a Black Russian, and pairs with dark chocolate desserts, tiramisu or cheesecake.
