Boser Kater is a German distillery known for liqueurs that pair traditional flavours with modern accents. Its Coconut Liqueur is built on a finely balanced alcohol base refined with real coconut extract and natural flavours, made with a gentle process and bottled at a soft 15%.
The nose is intense coconut with creamy sweetness and subtle vanilla and almond, the palate full bodied and velvety with exotic coconut, light sweetness and a fine buttery nuance, the finish soft and long with lingering coconut and vanilla. Behind the bar it brings coconut flavour, a creamy sweetness and tropical character to a glass, the natural base for colada style drinks. Serve it neat or on ice, lengthen it with fresh pineapple juice, or build it into a Pina Colada and other creamy tropical cocktails. A coconut note for the tiki and dessert end of a menu.
