Bright juniper meets a clean thread of citrus and a quiet warmth of spice in this blue-bottle icon. Its ten botanicals are vapour-infused rather than boiled, the alcohol steam drawing their oils out with unusual clarity. Dry, elegant and endlessly versatile.

Description
Bombay Sapphire is one of the most recognisable names in gin, its cobalt bottle as familiar as the liquid inside. The recipe draws on ten botanicals sourced from around the globe, hand-picked under Master of Botanicals Ivano Tonutti, who knows each one down to its individual grower. Rather than steeping them, the distillery passes alcohol vapour through baskets of botanicals, a steam-infusion method that captures bright, clean aromatics including cubeb from Java and grains of paradise from West Africa.
The nose is fresh and balanced, juniper and citrus framed by gentle spice. The palate is soft and complex, with citrus, peppery warmth and a floral lift all in measured proportion, closing long, dry and elegant. Pour it into a classic gin and tonic with a twist of lemon, or build it into a crisp dry Martini.
