Bols Honey Liqueur

Bols Honey is the honey liqueur in the Bols range, made by the Amsterdam house distilling and blending since 1575 using fruits, herbs and spices. Honey provides both the flavour and much of the sweetening, carried on a neutral distilled spirit into a soft, golden liqueur at 17%.

The nose is sweet and vanilla led with floral notes and a hint of toffee, the palate floral and sweet with blossom honey over notes of orange and roasted almond, the finish long on the palate. Behind the bar it adds honeyed sweetness, a floral aromatic and a rounded body, a natural way to sweeten and soften a drink in place of syrup. It stirs into whisky and rum sours, rounds out hot toddies, and dissolves easily into tea or coffee whether hot or cold. Pour it into warm drinks against the cold or build it into honeyed cocktails.
