Black Thistle Gin

Black Thistle is a Scottish gin built for balance, distilled in small batches from a high-quality wheat spirit cut with pure spring water for a clean, smooth base. The botanical bill keeps juniper firmly at the centre and surrounds it with citrus fruits and a range of Scottish herbs, with the small-batch approach allowing close control over each run and a consistent character bottle to bottle.

The nose is fresh and intense, clear juniper with a hint of citrus and a fine herbal spice. The palate is full-bodied and even, warm spice and citrus framing a light floral note over the juniper base, then a long, fresh, gently spiced finish. It is rewarding neat over ice, but also makes a fine G&T with a quality tonic and a sprig of rosemary to echo the herbal side.
