Berliner Luft Peppermint Peach Der Frische Pfefferminzlikör

Berliner Luft Peppermint Peach is a fruited version of the Schilkin peppermint liqueur from Berlin, bottled at 18% in 70cl. It keeps the brand's signature peppermint and layers in peach, with the range's faint anise, wormwood and gentian sitting beneath. In the modern flavoured peppermint style it stays light and easy, the soft peach sweetness balancing the cool mint rather than turning bitter.

The nose is fresh peppermint with the fruity sweetness of peach, the palate a cool mint note followed by soft peach that folds harmoniously into the mint, the finish long, fruity and lively. Its job in a glass is fruity sweetness with a cooling menthol lift, which makes it a natural in a peach mojito, a peach fizz or a fresh gin and tonic. Pour it neat and well chilled as a shot, or lengthen it over ice. Serve cold for the cleanest mint and peach snap.
