Berentzen Cherry Banana Cream Liqueur comes from Berentzen, the German distillery known for liqueurs and spirits since 1758. It combines the fruity sweetness of cherries and bananas with a creamy body, a soft, dessert leaning liqueur bottled at a gentle 15%.

The nose is fresh cherry, ripe banana and a sweet creaminess, the palate full bodied and sweet with a harmonious fruitiness of cherry and banana rounded by light vanilla and cream, the finish long with a pleasant fruity sweetness and a mild creamy note. Behind the bar it works as a fruity dessert and body ingredient, adding a creamy fruit lift and sweetness to a Cherry Banana Daiquiri, a Banana Split Martini or a creamy fizz, and it stands in for cream where a fruit note is wanted.
