The colour is a radiant golden yellow lit by suspended gold flakes and a fine bead. The nose is fresh and dry, with citrus fruit, white peach and a floral edge. The palate is harmonious and lively, its gentle sweetness balanced by a refreshing bead and a clean, dry close. Serve well chilled at 6 to 8 degrees in a white wine glass.
