Description
Arnautovic Premium Gin No. 7 is a London Dry made in Austria in collaboration with footballer Marko Arnautovic, the number seven echoing both his shirt and the seven botanicals at its heart. The bill, juniper, apricot, plum, dandelion blossom, elderflower, coriander seed and orange peel, doubles as autobiography: the apricots stand for Austria, the plums for Serbia, the two countries that shaped him. Vacuum distillation keeps the delicate stone-fruit aromatics gentle and intact.
The nose is fresh juniper with subtle apricot, plum and elderflower. The palate is fruity, soft and elegant, stone fruit framed by dandelion, coriander and citrus zest, before a harmonious, delicately tart finish with floral freshness. Build a gin and tonic with a mild Indian tonic and a wedge of apricot to draw out its fruity depth.
