The softest of the Amázzoni range: light citrus and green herbs over bay leaf and juniper, with a quiet whisper of cocoa and cinnamon. Handmade in Brazil at 38% from eleven Amazonian botanicals, it is floral, tropical and gentle, named for an indigenous plant ritual. Made for easy summer long drinks and a curl of lemon zest.

Description
Amázzoni Maniuara is the mildest and most approachable gin in the Brazilian Amázzoni range, handmade at the country's first dedicated gin distillery. It follows the house recipe of eleven selected botanicals — juniper, açai, cocoa, cinnamon, bay leaf, lemon peel, coriander and other Amazonian plants — but at a gentler 38%, a strength that yields a smooth, balanced spirit with a fresh, floral and tropical-spicy character. The name honours a traditional medicinal-plant ritual of indigenous Amazonian peoples.
The nose is light and fresh, citrus and green herbs over bay leaf and juniper with a hint of cocoa and cinnamon. The palate is mild, floral and tropical-spicy, a slight sweetness carrying lemon zest, açai, coriander and gentle spice, and the finish stays soft and round with floral lightness. Pour it into a long drink with floral tonic, garnished with lemon zest, basil or fresh berries.
