Cut to a mild 35% by volume, this sits as a flavoured spirit drink rather than a straight vodka, with the grain base lending a gentle natural sweetness that softens the spice and a clean structure underneath.
The nose is spicy cardamom with fine herbal aromas and a subtle sweetness. The palate is gently spiced, cardamom out front, with a light peppery note and herbal undertones, ending pleasantly warm and long with a hint of sweetness.
