The nose is fresh mint, soft chocolate and creamy notes, the palate soft and full bodied with sweet chocolate, cool mint and a creamy texture, the finish fresh and pleasantly sweet. Behind the bar it is a dessert and body ingredient with a built in mint chocolate lift, adding dairy richness and sweetness to a Grasshopper riff, an after dinner Espresso Martini or a layered serve, and it stirs into coffee or cocoa with ease.
