Isle of Jura Limited Edition 21 Years Old 1995

This Limited Edition 21 year old was distilled in 1995 and matured in ex-Bourbon oak, bottled at a cask strength 56.1%. A small outturn of 117 bottles, it offers an older Jura vintage at full strength. The distillery is the lone producer on its remote Hebridean island.

Rebuilt in 1963 for a light, clean spirit, the distillery rewards two decades in oak. Matured in ex-Bourbon casks across 21 years, the wood deepens the honeyed malt.

Bottled at its natural cask strength of 56.1%. American oak from the ex-Bourbon barrel gives vanilla and coconut, with maltol lending toffee. Honeyed and full at cask strength, with two decades of depth. A small-outturn vintage Jura.
