Description
Paladin makes this rosé Prosecco in the Veneto as a Millesimato, meaning it comes from a single year, here the 2024 harvest. The blend pairs Glera, which gives the fresh orchard fruit and floral character, with Pinot Noir, which brings structure and the delicate rosé colour. Second fermentation is carried out by the Charmat method in stainless steel tanks, a tank-based process that preserves the primary aromatics and produces a fine, creamy bead. The dosage is set in the Brut range, so the wine reads dry and lively rather than sweet.
The colour is a pale salmon pink with a fine, even perlage. The nose shows strawberry, raspberry and red apple, lifted by white flowers and a citrus note. The palate is dry and fresh, with balanced acidity, clear red fruit and an invigorating finish. Serve well chilled at 6 to 8 degrees in a white wine glass. It makes an easy aperitif and pairs with light fish or poultry, summer salads and fruity starters.
