Description
Moët & Chandon is the largest of the Champagne houses, and Réserve Impériale is a Brut cuvee built on the three classic grapes of the region. Pinot Noir sets the structure, Pinot Meunier adds roundness and Chardonnay brings freshness, with reserve wines lending consistency across releases. Made by the traditional method, with a second fermentation in bottle and ageing on the lees, it develops a fine mousse and a gentle bready depth. A Brut dosage keeps the style dry and versatile. This bottling arrives in a limited-edition gift box for giving and occasions.
The colour is a bright golden yellow with a fine, persistent bead. The nose shows ripe apple and pear over citrus peel with a toasted, biscuity edge. The palate is balanced and fresh, with orchard and stone fruit, a creamy mousse and a dry, long finish. Serve at 8 to 10 degrees in a tulip glass or white wine glass. It works as an aperitif and pairs with shellfish, fine fish and hard nutty cheeses.
