Description
Moët & Chandon has been based in Épernay since 1743, and Brut Impérial is its reference cuvée, blended from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grown across over two hundred Champagne vineyards. Made by the traditional method, the wine matures on the lees for at least twenty-four months, developing the fine bead, balance and aromatic depth that mark the house style, with the Brut dosage keeping the finish dry. This set gathers six standard bottles with six glasses in a gift box, made to serve a celebration.
Each bottle is a brilliant light golden yellow with a fine, persistent bead. The nose reveals green apple, white peach and citrus over fresh brioche and roasted hazelnut. The palate is lively, creamy and balanced, with harmonious acidity, a delicate mineral edge and a fine fruity finish carried by a floral lightness. Serve at 8 to 10 degrees in a champagne glass. It works as an aperitif and alongside seafood, oysters, sushi, goat's cheese and light poultry.
