Acla da Fans is an independent bottler. This bottling is a 25 year old Littlemill, laid down in 1988 and drawn off in 2014. Once these casks are gone, Littlemill is gone with them.

It spent twenty-five years in ex-Bourbon, long enough to round the creamy, vanilla-rich spirit.

Bottled at cask strength, 54.1%, the ex-Bourbon brings vanilla and a touch of coconut. Expect grassy freshness, honey and a creamy vanilla sweetness. The bourbon cask's lactones read as coconut and the lignin vanillin as vanilla, gentle on a light Lowland spirit. Time has thinned the cask and eased the alcohol, the humid air drawing off spirit faster than water until only this concentrated remainder is left.
