Description
Whisky-Fässle is a collectable German single-cask label. This bottling is a 23 year old Littlemill, laid down in 1990 and drawn off in 2014. No spirit has flowed at Bowling since 1992, leaving only the casks already filled.
Matured in ex-Bourbon, twenty-three years carry its delicate, honeyed spirit.
At its natural 51.2%, the bourbon wood lends vanilla and a clean oak edge. It carries a nutty note. The American oak's low tannin let Littlemill's delicacy survive the years, contributing vanilla and a creamy lactone note.
