Littlemill 21 Years Old 1990 Finest (Hart Brothers)

Hart Brothers has bottled single casks from Glasgow since the 1960s. This 21 year old Littlemill came off the stills in 1990 and was bottled in 2012, from the Finest Collection range. Every release draws down a finite store that can never be replenished.

Matured in ex-Bourbon, twenty-one years carry Littlemill's buttery Lowland fruit.

Bottled at 46%, vanilla and pale oak from the ex-Bourbon. It carries cooked fruit. Hemicellulose in the toasted oak caramelises to a light butterscotch, lignin breakdown lending vanilla.
