Signatory Vintage grew from a 1988 Edinburgh start into a prolific bottler of single casks. Filled in 1990 and bottled in 2003, the whisky is a 12 year old Littlemill, from cask 2968 + 69, part of the Vintage Collection series. A finite legacy from a vanished distillery, growing rarer with each bottling.

At 43%, the bourbon cask adds a soft vanilla frame. Light and fragrant, the elegant Lowland signature throughout. Hemicellulose in the toasted oak caramelises to a light butterscotch, lignin breakdown lending vanilla.
