Kilchoman malts its barley on site and bottles on the farm, a barley to bottle approach rare in Scotch. Matured in a single ex-Bourbon cask over seven years, the wood frames the young peated spirit.

Bottled at its natural cask strength of 57.3%. The ex-Bourbon gives vanilla and citrus while peat phenols carry the smoke. A summer single cask from the seasonal series.
