Kilchoman Uniquely Islay Series – An Geamhradh 2022 11 Years Old 2011

An Geamhradh 2022 is the winter release of Kilchoman's Uniquely Islay Series, an 11 year old from 2011 vatted from two ex-Bourbon casks. An outturn of 446 bottles for Europe. Kilchoman, the island's only farm distillery, was founded by Anthony Wills in 2005.

Malting, distilling and bottling all happen on the farm, the barley to bottle way. Matured in ex-Bourbon casks over eleven years, the wood frames the young peated spirit.

Bottled at its natural cask strength of 53.6%. The cask gives vanilla and citrus, and peat phenols carry the smoke through. A winter release from the seasonal series.
