This Single Cask was bottled for Whisky Schiff Zürich, the Swiss whisky boat festival, a 3 year old from 2007, ex-Bourbon cask 336. Kilchoman, the island's only farm distillery, was founded by Anthony Wills in 2005.

Malting, distilling and bottling all happen on the farm, the barley to bottle way. Matured in a single ex-Bourbon cask, the wood frames the very young peated spirit.

Bottled at its natural cask strength of 62.1%. Vanilla and citrus come from the ex-Bourbon, the peat phenols driving the smoke. A young single cask for a Swiss festival.
