Description

This Single Cask was bottled for OW Italy, a 5 year old from 2007, ex-Bourbon cask 379. An outturn of 258 bottles for Italy. Kilchoman, the island's only farm distillery, was founded by Anthony Wills in 2005.

At Rockside Farm the whole process runs from barley to bottle on one site. Matured in a single ex-Bourbon cask, the wood frames the young peated spirit.

Bottled at its natural cask strength of 60.6%. The ex-Bourbon gives vanilla and citrus while peat phenols drive the smoke. A young single cask for an Italian importer.
