Kilchoman Single Cask for LMDW 3 Years Old 2007

This Single Cask was bottled for La Maison du Whisky, the Paris house, a 3 year old from 2007, ex-Bourbon cask 114. An outturn of 265 bottles. Kilchoman, founded by Anthony Wills in 2005, is the only farm distillery on Islay.

Kilchoman handles malting through bottling on its own Islay farm. Matured in a single ex-Bourbon cask, the wood frames the very young peated spirit.

Bottled at its natural cask strength of 62.2%. The ex-Bourbon lends vanilla and citrus, with peat phenols pushing the smoke. A young early single cask for a French specialist.
