Description

This Ruby Port Single Cask is a 6 year old from 2019, matured in a ruby Port cask, number 19/1992. An outturn of 135 bottles for Poland. Anthony Wills founded Kilchoman in 2005; it is the only farm distillery on Islay.

Malting, distilling and bottling all happen on the farm, the barley to bottle way. Matured in a single ruby Port cask, the bright young wine wood adds fresh red fruit.

Bottled at its natural cask strength of 56.3%. The ruby Port gives bright red berry and cherry while peat phenols carry the smoke. A ruby Port single cask for Poland.
