Description

This Potstill Edition was a 4 year old Oloroso single cask from 2011, cask 570, for the Austrian retailer Potstill. An outturn of 344 bottles. Kilchoman is the only farm distillery on Islay, founded by Anthony Wills in 2005.

The distillery malts on site and bottles on the farm, keeping the whole process in one place. Matured in a single Oloroso cask, the sherry wood meets the young peated spirit.

Bottled at its natural cask strength of 58.9%. The Oloroso lends fig and raisin through its melanoidins, the peat phenols a smoky layer. A young sherried single cask for Austria.
