This Bourbon Single Cask is an 8 year old from 2008, ex-Bourbon cask 279. An outturn of 254 bottles for Germany. Kilchoman, founded by Anthony Wills in 2005, is the only farm distillery on Islay.

Kilchoman handles malting through bottling on its own Islay farm. Matured in a single ex-Bourbon cask over eight years, the wood frames the peated spirit.

Bottled at its natural cask strength of 58.1%. Citrus and vanilla rise from the ex-Bourbon cask while peat phenols bring the smoke. A bourbon single cask for Germany.
