Description

This Bourbon Matured Single Cask is a 10 year old from 2010, ex-Bourbon cask 784. An outturn of 199 bottles for Germany. Kilchoman is the only farm distillery on Islay, founded by Anthony Wills in 2005.

The distillery follows its barley from field to bottle on the one Islay farm. Matured in a single ex-Bourbon cask over ten years, the wood frames the peated spirit.

Bottled at its natural cask strength of 54.9%. Citrus and vanilla rise from the ex-Bourbon cask while peat phenols bring the smoke. A bourbon single cask for Germany.
