Description

This Bourbon Matured Single Cask is a 10 year old from 2010, ex-Bourbon cask 430. An outturn of 248 bottles for Bulgaria. The Wills family's Kilchoman, founded in 2005, is the only farm distillery on Islay.

The distillery malts its own barley and bottles on the farm. Matured in a single ex-Bourbon cask over ten years, the wood frames the peated spirit.

Bottled at its natural cask strength of 56.3%. The cask gives vanilla and citrus, and peat phenols carry the smoke through. A bourbon single cask for Bulgaria.
