Description

This Auburn Single Cask is a 7 year old from 2013, matured in ex-Bourbon and Oloroso, cask 207. An outturn of 253 bottles for the Netherlands. Kilchoman, the island's only farm distillery, was founded by Anthony Wills in 2005.

The distillery follows its barley from field to bottle on the one Islay farm. Matured in a single ex-Bourbon and Oloroso cask, the sherry adds a dried-fruit layer.

Bottled at its natural cask strength of 56%. The ex-Bourbon gives vanilla, the Oloroso dried fruit, while peat phenols carry the smoke. A single cask for the Netherlands.
