Isle of Jura Brooklyn

Brooklyn is part of Isle of Jura's County of Kings series, a New York-themed release matured across American oak, Oloroso and Pinot Noir casks. Jura is the lone distillery on its remote Hebridean island, rebuilt in 1963 to bring work back to the community.

The distillery's light, clean spirit carries a multi-cask vatting well. Matured in American oak, Oloroso and Pinot Noir casks, the woods layer vanilla, dried fruit and a soft wine note.

Bottled at 42%. The American oak gives vanilla, the Oloroso dried fruit, the Pinot Noir a light berry lift. The recorded notes run to citrus, dried fruit, fresh fruit, honey, a nutty note and an oily texture. A layered, multi-cask island malt.
