A cask strength single cask of Isle of Jura, this 10 year old comes from ex-Bourbon barrel 302 and is bottled at a formidable 61.7%. An outturn of 304 bottles for Italy, it is the island malt at its most powerful.

Jura sits alone on its remote Hebridean island, rebuilt in 1963 for a light, Highland-style spirit. Matured in a single ex-Bourbon cask, the wood frames a young malt that holds an unusually high strength.

Bottled at its natural cask strength of 61.7%. The ex-Bourbon cask lends vanilla through vanillin and coconut through oak lactones. At over sixty percent the honeyed island character comes with real punch, rewarding a drop of water. A bold single cask ten.
