Sweetish and fruity, all berries and rhubarb, with earthy threads of seaweed and marjoram pulling it back toward the wild. The blush-pink colour is real fruit, not dye: red berries added to a Norwegian botanical bill named for a mountain and a legend of an antlered hare. Long and warmly spiced.

Description
Harahorn takes its name from a Norwegian mountain and a local tale of a hare crowned with deer antlers, the creature that prances across its bottle. Made by Det Norske Brenneri, its pink hue comes entirely from natural red berries, no artificial colouring involved. The botanical bill is distinctly Nordic: juniper, blueberries, rhubarb, seaweed, marjoram and angelica root.
That combination gives real depth. The nose carries juniper, fruit and a hint of citrus; the palate is sweetish and fruity, full of berries, rhubarb, herbs and gentle spice, with seaweed and marjoram lending an earthy complexity beneath. The finish is long. Enjoy it neat, over ice, or in a simple gin and tonic with a few fresh berries.
