Caselli Mirtillino Liquore con Mirtilli Neri is an Italian blueberry liqueur from the Distilleria Galdino Caselli, made with fresh black blueberries that carry their natural sweetness and freshness into the glass. It sits at 25%, the strength giving the fruit a firmer liqueur structure while keeping the berry clear. In the traditional macerated style, the blueberry leads, balanced between its sweetness and a slight tartness.

The nose is intense freshly picked blueberry with a hint of forest note and a subtle sweetness, and the palate is full bodied and fruity, sweet and slightly tart berry given depth by a fine liqueur note, closing long and soft with a touch of spice. Behind the bar it is a berry flavour and colour ingredient: it sits well with Prosecco or tonic water for a refreshing drink, anchors a blueberry Martini, and adds fruit to a sparkling serve.
