Caselli Rubino del Bosco Liquore con Mirtilli Rossi is an Italian fruit liqueur from the Distilleria Galdino Caselli, focused on the intense flavour of red cranberries. The cranberries are prepared directly in the bottle, a method that keeps their natural colour, fruitiness and freshness particularly well and gives the liqueur an unadulterated fruit flavour. It sits at 25%, the strength firming up the structure while the berry stays bright.

The nose is sweet and fruity with clear cranberry, and the palate is balanced, a fine sweetness against a slightly tart freshness and ripe cranberry, closing long and fruity. Behind the bar it brings bright red berry and a clean tartness that cuts sweetness: it carries a cranberry spritz with dry or rosé Prosecco, adds fruit and colour to sparkling cocktails, and balances a fruity sour. It also pours neat as an after dinner digestif. Serve it well chilled, and lengthen it with Prosecco or soda.
