Eiko Vodka

Eiko is made at the Eiko Distillery in Japan from selected wheat and spring water, a pairing the brand leans on for its sense of clarity. Wheat is the soft option among vodka grains, giving a rounder, gentler mouthfeel, and Eiko's multi-stage distillation polishes that into a particularly mild base while leaving a recognisable grain note behind. A subtle minerality from the water runs underneath, and at 40% the spirit stays smooth without turning thin.

The nose is clear and pure with a light cereal aroma and a mineral hint, the palate soft and mild with that fine grain note and a touch of gentle spice, and the finish is calm and rounded.
