Chopin has distilled in Poland’s Podlaskie region since 1896 and works without additives, letting the raw material speak. This Wheat Vodka is made entirely from Polish golden wheat, which gives it a soft, rounded body and a gentle sweetness. It is the most approachable of Chopin’s single-ingredient range, built for easy sipping rather than showing off.

Description
Chopin works out of the Podlaskie region of north-eastern Poland and is known for single-ingredient vodkas distilled without flavourings or sugar. This expression is made only from Polish golden wheat, harvested, fermented and distilled several times in small batches, then reduced with mineral-rich spring water. Wheat as a base gives a vodka its characteristic softness and a touch of natural sweetness, and because Chopin adds nothing back, that grain character is the whole point: a mild, full-bodied spirit with a fine cereal profile.
The nose carries light wheat, cereal and a subtle citrus lift, the palate is smooth and full with a balanced wheat note, a whisper of herb and a delicate sweetness, and the finish is long, clean and very soft. A spirit this gentle is wasted in anything loud, so chill the bottle hard in the freezer and serve it neat in a small frozen glass alongside a plate of smoked salmon or mild cheese, where the cold thickens the texture and the wheaty sweetness sits cleanly against the salt and fat.
