Böser Kater Bratapfel Likör is a baked apple liqueur from the Edelobstbrennerei Schleihauf in Germany, a house that pairs familiar fruit flavours with warming spice. This one builds on the comfort of a baked apple, the apple note wrapped in cinnamon, clove and a gentle vanilla, and sits at 20%, strong enough to carry flavour but easy to drink. In the traditional macerated style of a fruit liqueur, the orchard fruit leads and the spice fills it out.

The nose is sweet baked apple with warming cinnamon and clove and a hint of vanilla, and the palate is fruity and sweet with clear apple over that warm spice mix.
