St. Kilian Distillers Lime Limetten-Sahnelikoer is a cream liqueur from St. Kilian Distillers, the German single malt distillery in Ruedenau that works across more than 170 cask types for its whisky editions. This is a non smoky lime cream liqueur, pairing the fresh, sharp lift of lime with a creamy base, an unusual citrus take on the cream liqueur format at 20%.

The nose is citrus and cream sweets, the palate fresh lime over toffee and caramel, the finish long with a cream sweet note. The lime is what sets it apart: it brings a bright acidity that cuts the richness of the cream, giving the bottle a fresher profile than most dessert cream liqueurs. As a cream liqueur it is a dairy emulsion, served chilled or over ice, and once opened it should be refrigerated and used within a finite window. It pours neat or alongside desserts, and in a mix the combination of creamy body and citrus lift makes it a useful component in dessert cocktails where both weight and a sharp top note are wanted.
