Mozart Chocolate Dark Likör

Mozart Chocolate Dark is a dark chocolate liqueur from the Mozart Distillerie in Salzburg, the Austrian house given to chocolate liqueurs. Made without cream, it is vegan, lactose free and gluten free at 17%, offered in 50cl and 70cl. The character is built around the taste of fine dark chocolate, with a bitter cocoa depth that sets it apart from the brand's cream bottlings.

The nose is dark chocolate with fine notes of toffee, the palate full bodied and round as dark cocoa beans meet vanilla custard and caramel, the finish long with a hint of nuts and cocoa. As a dairy free chocolate liqueur it adds deep bitter chocolate, body and a darker colour without the weight of cream, useful in a Chocolate Martini, a mocha build or an espresso serve. It pours neat, slightly chilled or on ice, and lends aromatic depth to desserts, ice cream and pastries.
