Mozart Chocolate Coconut is a cream liqueur from the Mozart Distillerie in Salzburg, the Austrian house known for chocolate liqueurs. It folds coconut, cocoa butter and exotic essences into a light, summery bottling at 15% in the 500ml bottle, bringing a tropical lightness to the Mozart range. As a cream liqueur it is a dairy product once opened, best kept chilled and used within a few months.
The nose is fresh and seductive with a distinct coconut note, a light sweetness and a hint of chocolate, the palate soft, creamy and harmonious with coconut, cocoa butter and a tropical freshness, the finish delicate, sweet and long. Behind the bar it adds creamy coconut sweetness and a soft body, a fit for summer cocktails, milkshakes and tropical builds, and it pours neat over ice.
