Blue Mauritius Gin

Blue Mauritius takes its character from the island it is named for, folding Mauritian spices and bright citrus into a classic juniper frame. Distilled slowly and carefully at 40% to let each botanical speak, it leans into the exotic without losing the backbone of a proper gin, the kind of bottle whose stylish dress matches what is inside.

The nose opens with fresh citrus, juniper and warm island spice over a whisper of flowers. The palate is soft and rounded, tropical fruit and spicy juniper meeting a gentle sweetness and a touch of vanilla, and the finish is long, mellow and lightly spiced with citrus running through. Pour it into a G&T with good tonic and a twist of lemon, or build it into a Collins for something with a tropical lilt.
