Chichibu's London Edition has become an established annual release, tracking the distillery's evolving house style year by year at cask strength. The 2019 edition was released for the global market at 48.5%, drawing on Ex-Bourbon maturation at the Saitama distillery Venture Whisky operates under Ichiro Akuto's direction.

No flavour data is recorded for the 2019 edition specifically, but across the London Edition series the Ex-Bourbon character is consistent: fresh fruit, vanilla and a clean cereal sweetness that reflects the distillery's light, approachable new make.
